hmm, comments pay off!

Posted on: April 10, 2007

A quick post tonight – I won a competition on Sue’s blog! I have often read her blog as she is next to mine on the ANZ blog ring, and I think I have commented once or twice, but it took a competition for me to de-lurk! And then, I was randomly selected and won some yarn. This is actually the second time this has happened to me, and I am thinking the gods and goddesses of yarn and knitting are telling me I should run my own competition very soon! I had already mentioned this regarding my 200th comment on my ‘new’ blog, but perhaps I will bring it forward.

In other news, I heard from my Knitter’s Treat pal, and also contacted mine. Obviously I can’t tell you who either of them are!

And, because I should always add a picture, here is a beautiful part of Tasmania, that very few people get to see:

What a nice prize!! And what a really great picture. Hope you are having a terrific holiday.

Congratulations – you deserve it, you are a GREAT commenter 🙂

Comments do help, and it is nice to get them from around the world. Great picture. Perhaps one day outside of my dreams….

Congrats on your win.
Is that Cradle Mountain? Met my first leech up there, hehe.

Lucky you and I like to see delurkers rewarded 🙂

Great pic.

Hi Amanda, so glad that you like your prize. Send me your address details to pmci7823@bigpond.net.au so that I can post it to you. Is that Cradle Mountain. I went there on my first visit to Tassie and was warned about the leeches. On my 2nd visit it was to stay at Richmond, which was very beautiful for my BIL’s wedding by the bridge there. I love Tassie as I think it is very beautiful and will definately visit it again one day. Wait to hear from you soon.

I feel safistied after reading that one.
